We are thrilled to congratulate Jace Johns-Cooper on completing his internship with us and graduating with his Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mercer University. Jace will continue working with Love Positive Counseling as an post-masters counselor under Anna Baxter's supervision while he pursues his LAPC license.

An important focus of his practice is reexamining societal norms and experiences through a queer and feminist lens to assist clients in becoming their true self. He also values healthy internal and external communication, self-care and exploration, and advocacy.

His passion is working with LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as those within the polyamorous and kink communities. He came out as a trans man in 2014 and started identifying as polyamorous in 2015. He has recently started becoming involved with the kink community in the past few years. He has also been an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community for the past five years through local non-profits.

Jace is available for scheduling new clients and his rate is now $125/hr with some availability for sliding scale. To book your first session with Jace, request an appointment and be sure to select Jace as the clinician (The rate will show $175 but the cost charged at the time of your appointment will be the rate negotiated with Jace.)

To contact Jace directly with questions or to schedule an appointment, email jacejohnscoopercounseling@gmail.com or call 678 210 9907.

Hello,

I wanted to email to introduce myself and our school, CORE Community School. We are a non-profit private school in Woodstock serving students in grades 5-12 who have learning or social-emotional struggles. We just started our 7th year and are off to a great start! Last year, we purchased a 54-acre farm property for our school community, which is located on Arnold Mill Rd. Our students spend their Fridays doing outdoor environmental education at the farm, as well as serving others through community service trips out in the local community.

We consider ourselves a "school for the whole family," as we work hard to support our parents and families, just as much as our students. Most of our students have had a long, complicated education journey, and their experience has inevitably also impacted their parents and family. We have found that once our students feel confident and comfortable at school, it quickly makes a positive impact on the whole school.

At CORE, we believe the human elements of education, and specifically the social-emotional wellbeing of our families, is the priority. We would love to invite you to come see our school in action sometime soon, as I'm sure our environment would be a great fit for some of your clients. We would also be happy to come by your office to introduce ourselves and leave some of our information for your clients. We always have parents looking for good therapists for their kids, and oftentimes for themselves, so I would also love to be able to refer you guys.

We look forward to meeting you soon and hopefully working together to help those that we serve. www.thecoreschool.org
